I have worked for the last 10 years in change management and organisational transformation. I have recently re-joined Achieve Breakthrough having spent the last 5 years working in the retail sector in organisational development principally in the area of leadership training and development.

My passion for this work is fuelled by the achievements of those I am coaching.

I love working with people and seeing their energy and enthusiasm when new insights lead to huge improvements for them at work and possibly at home. I work from a basis or belief that everyone has some untapped potential to exceed and excel particularly when aligned to strong, clear and challenging commitments.
