Preparing for the future is an increasingly urgent leadership and management
responsibility. Substantial amounts of time and ingenuity are directed towards
making organisations more manoeuvrable as a means of achieving competitive
advantage. In doing this we need to overcome people’s "logical",
self-limiting beliefs about what it is possible for them to achieve.
This seminar is for people who are working on new projects and moving their organisation or department in new directions. It is also for people who are stuck in something that is not moving and who can’t see why, or people who can’t seem to get others aligned with their vision. It is especially useful for people who face the risk of being overwhelmed by the sheer number of projects they are committed to.
