ICS Connect is a web-based tool which will provide you with a personal profile, useful for recognising work-style preferences, relationship building and communication effectiveness.   The tool is based on the works of Carl Guastav Jung and doesn't type people in a particular box but recognises we all have and use various methods; we just use them in different proportions.

From your profile report you will understand why you connect or disconnect with people and therefore learn "how to build a bond of mutual trust". This bond will result in influencing them in a very positive way. It is critical when working with colleagues whether you are a leader of people, project manager, sales professional, serving your customer or team member in your organisation.

The assessment takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and the report will be generated immediately upon completion and sent directly to your email address. You will need your Project Code from Achieve Breakthrough to enter the evaluator.
