My passion for this work is driven from seeing people get 'unblocked' in organisations, so that they contribute in a way they never thought possible before, and in turn bring everything to the role and enjoy being there!

I have gained valuable management experience with a large franchise of The Body Shop for eight years before joining Achieve Breakthrough. I have implemented and executed 'change' across both public and private sectors for seven years focusing on bringing about Change and Leadership Development transforming the organisational culture to deliver high levels of engagement, responsibility and breakthrough performance within teams, internal coaches, and leaders across all levels of ability.
