As the head of Royal Mail's Knowledge Management Consultancy during the late 1990's, I developed an understanding of the power that conversation - the art of dialogue - has on bridging the divides that often occur between people in organisations and communities. My understanding has continued to deepen ever since, particularly through my more recent capacity building work in international development for disadvantaged communities in Africa and Asia.
Over the past two decades, I have experienced the devastating impact that change can have on people's lives, whether as the result of a sudden personal loss, a global health pandemic such as HIV&AIDS, or an ill-conceived organisational change programme. I am driven by a commitment to ensuring that organisational transformation is an incredibly positive experience for all those involved.
My work with Achieve Breakthrough now allows me to combine my skills and experience in strategy, organisational development and project management with my passion for working with people.
