Understanding the incredible sense of impact our work has on people and becoming clearer with how we as people can connect and communicate more effectively with passion gives me a really positive feeling of what is possible in the modern age.
Christian has spent the majority of his career working in HR departments covering talent acquisition and resource management for businesses spanning technology, consulting, financial services and engineering. Christain has a passion for people and the psychology of what makes a successful business and firmly believes that high performing teams exist everywhere, its only ever a case of unlocking them and free flowing dialogue.
Christian is APMP accredited and a British Psychological Society Qualified OPQ Practitioner and has worked with clients including Guidant Global, Friends Life, Diligenta, EDF Energy and CGI.
Outside of work Christian is an avid fan of mountain biking, football and fitness.
My favourite breakthrough moment
One of my favourite moments in history was the fall of the Berlin Wall, the fact it opened up so much possibility in terms of people adopting a whole new horizon lens of the world and not being left in the shadow of change for western civilisation. I also believe it acted as a catalyst for the changes which followed in South Africa, helping people and countries reconcile their political differences and move towards a fairer way of life for everyone.
