With a background in psychology specialising in cognition and neuroscience, Clemmie has always been drawn to how we learn and how belief drives behaviour. As a research assistant, Clemmie worked on projects exploring language acquisition and cognitive processes - an experience that deepened her understanding of how humans absorb, interpret, and act on information.
While previously working in real estate, Clemmie developed her ability to build trusted client relationships in high-pressure, fast-moving environments and joined Achieve Breakthrough through the operations team, where she got to understand the work we do from the inside out, before stepping into her current role as Administration Support.
Clemmie likes to spend her downtime doing the things that energise her most, usually in the water or on a mountain!
The discovery that the brain doesn't stop learning after childhood - especially the science of synaptic connections and neuroplasticity - blew my mind. It proved that we’re never “done” growing. That even as adults, our brains can literally reshape in response to experience. That’s a breakthrough that makes anything feel possible.
