Jenny has firm roots in organising and gets huge satisfaction from helping others to achieve their goals and ambitions. Having been an administrator and Executive Assistant for over 30 years, her broad skill-set and style is much revered by her clients in the wide range of industries she has supported over her career - from financial institutions, to hospital settings, motoring organisations and engineering. Having supported many inspiring leaders and world-class innovators, including at Airbus, Jenny is in awe of the seemingly impossible ideas executives can bring to reality using phenomenal leadership to inspire people.
Jenny regularly cites her many qualifications from "the school of life!" She believes in learning lessons along the way as these provide so much depth and intricacy to the very fabric that makes people what they are.
Outside of work Jenny is a qualified exercise to music coach, and has taught exercise classes, including Zumba, for over 15 years. She's also been known to throw out a tune or two in her younger years….. never say never!
My favourite breakthrough moment
If I had to pick a favourite breakthrough moment, the “big-ones” aside, I’d have to say I was so excited when Rachael Blackmore became the first female jockey to win the Grand National in 2021.
