Lauren believes that real transformation happens when people feel supported and connected. Her approach is grounded, relaxed and open-minded, and she loves creating space for genuine connection. Before joining Achieve Breakthrough, Lauren worked as a Corporate Actions Associate and studied Environmental Science at university. Lauren has also spent two years travelling around Australia in a van, which helped shape her perspective on adaptability and resilience. Outside of work, Lauren can usually be found hiking, in the sea, or wild camping somewhere she probably shouldn’t be! She's happiest with muddy boots, salty hair, and pickled onion monster munch.
My favourite breakthrough moment
“If we save the sea, we save our world”- Sir David Attenborough. As of this year, over 100 countries have committed to establishing Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) as part of the global "30 by 30" initiative, which aims to protect 30% of the world's oceans by 2030.
