Reckitt Benckiser Group plc is a multinational consumer goods company. It is a producer of health, hygiene and home products.
Whilst the six teams within their Global Medical Affairs function had a good reputation for high expertise and delivery, it was felt that opportunities were not being capitalised on for the department as a whole. The department needed to demonstrate to the wider business a proactive, entrepreneurial and partnership spirit, in pursuit of the ambition and strategy for the organisation.
